Frequently Asked Questions

What's different about Advanced Dry Carpet Care vs. other carpet cleaning companies?

We exclusively use HOST products. HOST Sponges are the only product that have a Green Seal Certification for dry carpet cleaning. Our Machines use counter-rotating brushes to lift up the pile of the carpet, which allows us to clean from the bottom up. Carpet has depth...cleaning only the surface just isn't clean enough. Our process leaves your carpet dry Immediately. There's no waiting for it to dry.

What are HOST Sponges?

HOST Sponges are Hard-working Organic Soil Trappers. HOST is a soft, organic, natural product which dissolves and absorbs water-based and oil-based dirt. HOST Sponges have been manufactured by Racine Industries in Wisconsin, USA since 1956.

How do I know that HOST Sponges work?

Over 100 carpet manufacturers and fiber producers recommend or approve HOST Sponges for cleaning carpet and rugs.

What Health Benefits does clean carpet provide?

Indoor spaces have been built more "airtight" in the last 20 years in an effort to conserve energy. As a result, with less natural ventilation, ordinary contaminants accumulate inside your home. These include: Dust Mites, Molds and Mold Spores, Pet Hair & Pet Dander. Carpet acts as a natural filter trapping and holding these contaminants between cleanings.

One cleaning with the HOST System reduces Dust Mites by 78%, Dust Mite Allergen by 75%, Mold Spores by 85%, and Pet Allergen by 85%. This improves the Indoor Air Quality in your home and can reduce dust and allergen levels as well as odors.

HOST Machines are manufactured in an EPA registered facility; EPA Est. No. 074202-WI-001.

Thanks to Advanced Dry Carpet Care, who finally introduced me to a method of carpet cleaning that I can, really, feel good about. My carpet has not looked this good since it was new and it smells terrific. The best part was no soggy carpet or waiting to move my furniture back into the rooms.

How often should I clean my carpet?

This depends on the type of carpet, it's color, and the amount of traffic that it receives. In most cases, a thorough cleaning is recommended twice per year. Your carpet may need to be cleaned more often depending on the number of people in your home, seasonal conditions, and the presence of indoor pets.

Do you Guarantee your work?

Absolutely! Just contact us within one week after your service visit and we will return at no cost to you, to re-clean any areas that are unsatisfactory. Every service visit includes a "walk through" before and after cleaning to inspect your carpeted areas and to ensure your satisfaction with our work. ADCC guarantees that your carpets will be cleaned.

How does ADCC "measure up" against other carpet cleaning methods?

Because we exclusively use the HOST system of dry extraction, the following benefits are part of the process.

  • Traffic Downtime?                                  None
  • Color Bleeding?                                     None
  • Amount of Residue?                              None
