I would like to take this time to tell you how wonderful of a job you and your wife did on our carpet. As you know we have white carpet and my husband works in the oil industry. Needless to say our carpet was bad!!!!!!!! We were a little apprehensive about your product having been told by other carpet cleaners that they had the only product that would clean our carpet. But after you came in and cleaned our carpet the only word to describe it is WOW. Our carpet looks like it did when we bought it. Our dog had a few accidents and you came back to clean them. You and I had our doubts since I did not take care of them right away but guess what they came out. You took alot of extra time with those spots and your effort paid off. I will recommend you to all of my friends and co-workers. You have a truly terrific product and you have a wonderful work ethic. You have even called me to check to see if we were happy. Who does that these days. Again thank you for the clean carpet we have.

| We tried the Host carpet cleaning process or the first time this year. In the past, we had always used shampoos and steam cleaners and had never heard of “dry” cleaning of carpets before, therefore we were a bit leery on how it would work. I must say that we were quite impressed with not only how the system works, but the cleanliness of our carpets even a couple of months following the cleaning. With shampoo cleaning, the stains in the carpet always seemed to reappear after awhile, but that was not the case with the dry cleaning process. We will definitely continue to clean our carpets in this manner and would highly recommend that others switch from steam cleaning or shampoo to the dry cleaning process.
